Announcement: Special Lecture “From Art Nouveau to Art Deco: Brussels Heritage through Digital Reconstructions”
To commemorate the 160th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Belgium, Brussels Week will be held from June 5 to 12.
Waseda University maintains active exchanges with Europe through its overseas hub, including the establishment of a Brussels Office on the campus of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
The Department of Architecture (as part of the Graduate School of Creative Science and Engineering) has also signed inter-institutional agreements with the Université libre de Bruxelles and the Catholic University of Leuven, and continues to facilitate student and research exchanges.
In advance of Brussels Week, a special lecture by a faculty member from the Université libre de Bruxelles will be held.
The event is open to the general public, so we encourage you to attend.
